The hotel offers fantastic views of Hanoi and boasts very large and luxurious rooms. My welcome included a delicious cake and Italian wine, adding a special touch to my stay. The 2 angles' window view from the room was remarkable, allowing me to fully appreciate the beauty of Hanoi.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, equipped with rare electronic toilets with heated seats, and beautifully decorated. The service was impeccable, with friendly staff going above and beyond to assist. The location was convenient, although a bit far from the city center.
